I’m Liga, creator and designer of MasterpiecebyLiga. How it all started is that I have always loved to make my own floral decors, such as wreaths, garlands, table centrepieces and other pretty things. After posting some of my creations on social media, people started to ask make for them. I’m passionate about my art, because I love what I do. Every new idea is like a journey to new dimension…I hope you will like what you see on my website. Every item is handmade, unique and made with care.

Orders:
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact MastrrpiecebyLiga before placing an order with us either by email at: masterpiecebyliga@gmail.com
All our products are handmade and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received.
Payment:
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus cost of delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We accepting PayPal and credit card payments from all major credit card companies, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Postage:
Shipping rates are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and will be calculated and applied automatically at the checkout.
We aim to ship with 5 working days, usually earlier. Should there be any delays we’ll contact you direct.
If you require delivery outside of the UK, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate quote for shipping cost.
Returns and Cancellations:
If you want to return a product, please, contact us and we will be able to help. All returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Returned goods are a direct cost to you, we regret we can’t pay for postage.
Please note that we unable to accept returns for custom orders.
We will notify you when we’re received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll receive automatically refund on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
